Description : Dolma with Walnut and Cinnamon is prepared by using 40 layers of phyllo on average. Among its ingredients is Dolma which is cultivated in Gaziantep and which is also known as “gray Walnut”. Dolma is cooked at 160°C in oven for 45 minutes. Its syrup with sugar, boiled at around 110°C is added.
